Team work on developing high-load resources. The project included web versions of poizonshop.ru and unicorngo.ru, a CRM for content management, process automation, and interaction with customers, suppliers, and delivery, plus a Telegram mini app. Workflows were based on Scrum and GitFlow.

Responsibilities

Optimized structured data, prioritized component and image loading, optimized the bundle, improved site loading speed, and moved SEO-significant page data to server-side rendering.
Developed catalog and brand tree management through the CRM with automatic page generation for popular search queries.
Automated page submission for indexing in Google.
Developed product entities and flows: carts, orders, points, curated collections, favorites, and administration of all of these. Completed the rebranding of unicorngo.ru.

Results

Significantly improved site SEO metrics: the number of pages in Yandex search grew by roughly 10x.
Core Web Vitals/Lighthouse quality metrics improved by roughly 30%.

Team work on building the complex high-load Profital marketplace platform and CRM components for E-deal/Thailhook. Workflows were based on Scrum and GitFlow.

Responsibilities

Developed and participated in almost all parts of the project: React Router routing, JWT authorization, complex multi-page forms with react-hook-form, TanStack Table tables, Material UI and Styled Components styling, ApexCharts charts and diagrams, React Spring animations, and i18n localization.
Built complex marketplace business logic from scratch: offers, responses, deals, payments, reviews, ratings, disputes, chats, currencies, wallets, and administration of these entities.
Implemented chats and event notifications based on Mattermost API and WebSocket, filled Storybook, and wrote Vitest tests.

Results

Developed or refactored most key product modules and quickly took on tasks involving unfamiliar code and implicit dependencies.
Supported interface quality through component maintenance, Storybook, Vitest tests, UI regression fixes, and responsive layout improvements.
